Christian Brems

Christian Brems (DK) Is a Danish artist and researcher who has exhibited internationally since 2010.

With a BA (hons) in Fine Art from London (UK) and a Masters in Visual Culture Studies from University of Copenhagen (DK),

Brems works oscillates between academic writing and artistic production. His primary focus in both research and practice

are topics and conceptions related to the Anthropocene; primarily how artistic and speculative works can produce novel

agencies within it? These investigations are explored through photography, writing and filmmaking - and the

‘Third Spaces’ emerging between the mediums, as well as between the scientific and artistic discourses.
